Koskisen Corporation’s financial reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2024

Koskisen Corporation will publish financial reports in 2024 as follows:

16 February 2024: Financial Statements Release for 2023
14 May 2024: Interim Report for January-March 2024
16 August 2024: Half-Year Report for January-June 2024
15 November 2024: Interim Report for January-September 2024

Koskisen applies a silent period of 30 days before the publication of financial reports.

The Annual Report 2023 will be published on the company’s website during the week 16. The Annual Report includes also the Sustainability Report.

Koskisen Corporation’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2024 is planned to be held on Thursday 16 May 2024. The Board of Directors will summon the AGM later.

A shareholder may request that a matter falling under the authority of the General Meeting of Shareholders shall be placed on the agenda of the AGM. To this effect, a written request compliant with the Companies Act should be delivered and addressed to the Board of Directors on 20 March 2024 at the latest to agm@koskisen.com.
