How to follow the general meeting via webcast?
By registering for the general meeting via the link published on this page on 17 April 2024, you will receive a link and password to your email and/or phone to log in to the webcast. We will send the link and password approximately one day before the general meeting.
We will send the webcast link and password to all registrants (i.e. you will receive the link and password even if you indicate that you will only participate in the meeting on-site or via advance voting). On-site registration and advance voting for the meeting closes, in accordance with the notice to the general meeting, on 13 May 2024 at 4 p.m. for directly registered shareholders. However, the webcast link and password can be ordered from the electronic registration system until the beginning of the meeting.
Shareholders are asked to note that following the general meeting via webcast does not mean participation in the general meeting as defined in the Finnish Companies Act, and does not enable the exercise of shareholder rights at the general meeting.
