Whistleblow Channel
Koskisen’s whistleblow Channel is intended for employees, partners, and other stakeholders to report suspected misconduct, breaches of EU law, or other actions that are not in line with Koskisen’s values, principles, or applicable legislation. The identity of the reporting person will not be disclosed to the recipient unless the reporter chooses to do so. All issues are handled confidentially by an independent party. Koskisen does not tolerate retaliation against whistleblowers – everyone’s right to raise concerns is protected.
The channel provides a confidential way to raise concerns related to, for example:
- breaches of laws or regulatory requirements
- violations of ethical principles or internal practices
- inappropriate behaviour, discrimination, or harassment
- issues related to the environment, safety, or human rights
The whistleblowing channel is not intended for submitting or handling customer feedback or complaints.
